Terms and Condition

 

1. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of the course fee.
  • Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal.
  • Prices are subject to change but will be honored once payment is received.
  • A required textbook and workbook must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.

2. Class Structure

  • Group courses run for 8 weeks, with one 2-hour lesson per week.
  • Classes are made up of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 students.
  • Lessons are scheduled and fixed; no free make-up lessons are available for missed classes.
  • Private and semi-private lessons are flexible and must be arranged directly with the instructor.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before the course start date: full refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the course start: 50% refund.
  • No refunds are issued once the course has begun.
  • In the case of class cancellation by the school, a full refund will be offered or a reschedule option provided.

4. Private and Semi-Private Lessons

  • Must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice; otherwise, the session will be charged in full.
  • Lesson packages (blocks of 10 or 15) must be used within 6 months of purchase.
  • Lessons can be held online or in person, based on availability.

5. Course Changes

  • The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if the minimum number of students is not reached.
  • Instructors and schedules are subject to change. Students will be notified in advance.

6. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during classes.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
